Kaylea & Peter, Murthly Castle & Fonab Castle Hotel

A tale of two castles...

When Kaylea and Peter told me that they had booked two Scottish castles for their wedding, I must admit that I was pretty damn excited! Not only were they an awesome couple, but they had amazing taste and an incredible plan... and this was before I found out that they wanted to do an engagement shoot on the Isle of Skye.

Murthly Castle is truly one of Scotland's wedding venue hidden gems. The grounds are beautiful. The driveway, the castle and the walled garden are a perfect spot for a wedding, but the pièce de résistance most definitely is their very own chapel.

Fonab Castle Hotel is just a short hop, skip and a jump down the A9 to Pitlochry and is also a really beautiful location on the banks of Loch Faskally. This really is one of the coolest areas in Scotland.

The wedding was beautiful. Kaylea and Peter rocked it and it was a pleasure to be part of their day.
