A Beautiful Scottish Summer Wedding - From Church to Castle
What happens when you mix a fun-loving couple, a beautiful summer's day, and the breathtaking scenery of Loch Lomond? Pure wedding magic! I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Sarah and Conor’s incredible wedding, a celebration that was bursting with energy and joy from start to finish. The day began at the charming New Kilpatrick Church in Bearsden, a beautiful and traditional setting for their ceremony. The ceremony was heartfelt and personal, with touching readings and vows that clearly demonstrated the deep love shared between the couple. As their wedding photographer, I was honoured to capture these precious moments, from the nervous excitement before the ceremony to the joyous exchange of rings.
Following the ceremony, the celebrations moved to the truly iconic Boturich Castle, nestled on the banks of Loch Lomond. This stunning venue provided the perfect backdrop for a Scottish wedding, with its romantic and breathtaking views across the loch. The sun was shining, the champagne was flowing, and the air was filled with laughter as guests celebrated the newlyweds.
